When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, subject and message so we can respond to your inquiry.

When you submit project feedback we collect your name, role, company, email, rating, your written review and — optionally — a photo or logo you choose to upload and a link to the delivered project.

When you create an account we collect your name, email address and, optionally, your company name and phone number.

We automatically collect basic usage analytics: pages visited, an anonymous visitor identifier, session identifier, referrer, device type and browser user-agent. This data is used only to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

To respond to inquiries and provide the services you request.

To display verified client testimonials — only after you submit one and only after manual approval.

To measure and improve site performance and conversion.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties.

We use browser local storage to remember your language preference (English/Arabic), to keep anonymous analytics identifiers and to store diagnostic logs. Third-party services embedded in the site (see below) may set their own cookies subject to their own policies.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions, feedback and analytics are stored with Supabase. The chat assistant is provided by Voiceflow and the voice assistant by Vapi. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Email notifications are delivered via Resend. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

We keep contact and feedback submissions for as long as needed to serve you and maintain business records. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
