Terms of Operation

// LAST UPDATED: 2026-07-03

These terms govern every SwiftScale deployment. By commissioning a project you agree to the protocol below.

01 / Services

SwiftScale designs, builds and deploys websites, web applications, mobile applications, AI automation systems and related digital infrastructure ("Deployments") for clients worldwide.

The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of every Deployment are agreed in writing before work begins, following a free scoping call.

02 / Quotes, Payments & Milestones

Published price ranges are indicative; every project receives an individual written quote.

Payments are milestone-based: an agreed deposit locks the build slot and staged payments are tied to delivered milestones. Work on a milestone begins once the preceding payment clears.

Ongoing support and maintenance, where included, is billed as agreed in the project quote.

03 / Revisions & Satisfaction Protocol

Every Deployment is covered by our Satisfaction Protocol: unlimited revisions within the agreed scope until the client approves the work, and a response to every message within 24 hours.

Requests that extend beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before any additional work begins.

04 / Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns the delivered work product: design, content and code written specifically for the project.

SwiftScale retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks used to build the Deployment, and grants the client a perpetual license to use them as part of the delivered work.

SwiftScale may reference completed projects (name, logo, link and publicly visible results) in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

05 / Client Responsibilities

The client provides timely feedback, required content and access to third-party accounts (domains, hosting, payment processors) needed to complete the Deployment.

The client warrants that materials supplied to SwiftScale do not infringe third-party rights.

06 / Liability

SwiftScale builds every Deployment to professional standards but does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as revenue figures or traffic volumes.

SwiftScale's total liability for any claim arising from a Deployment is limited to the fees actually paid for that Deployment. SwiftScale is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for failures of third-party services outside its control.

07 / Contact & Disputes

Questions about these terms: info@swiftscale.work. We respond within 24 hours.

The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before pursuing formal proceedings.

Empowering humanity with next-generation AI automation. The future is now.
